About the prints
Illusions Gallery creates Fine Art Reproductions utilizing giclee process, which means we can produce the highest quality prints available. Each Reproduction is printed on artists' grade canvas with pigmented inks, stretched on stretcher bars (wooden strips that create a framework across which the canvas is pulled taut), and varnished to protect the surface. If you choose to have your Reproduction brushstroked, one of our artists creates texture - much like the raised texture of the paint on an original canvas - by following the brushstrokes of the original artist with medium used especially for this type of work. IllusionsGallery.com is a safe, secure place to shop - we have taken every precaution to ensure
security for all transactions. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access. If you prefer, you may submit your order by telephone or fax.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only apply to residents of Georgia.

Shipping
Each print is produced to order. This allows us to offer a wide variety of art and keep the prices reasonable. Usual time is 1 week for your picture to be printed, stretched, varnished, and dried properly for safe shipping. Framing and/or brushstroking options add to the total time required. the time it will take to get your order to you.

 International shipments: Please be sure to select the appropriate shipping option at the checkout page to ensure correct shipping cost calculations. (This will prevent unnecessary delays in processing your order).

Returns

- You may return an item in its original condition for a replacement or credit within 15 days of receipt. Please call or e-mail for a return authorization number.
- Returns should be sent in the original packing.
- We recommend you use USPS, and insure the shipment (we cannot be responsible for pictures returned damaged).
- Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error.
- If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited to your account.

Copyright
We can not print an image that is not the intellectual property of the
person ordering unless you provide us with a valid copyright release.
